Had to contact them after 2 weeks -said can't ship
Poor customer service. I had to contact them after waiting 2 weeks only to be told they can't ship to my address.
No other company has issues delivering to me.
Will never recommend. Fraud company.

Ive contacted customer service numerous times via email for my shipment and have not received it as of yet. Ive made a purchase on 02/14/2026.
Plus, Merach does not provide valid contact number to handle troublesome issues with shipment, etc. Merach entrusted my product to be delivered via FedEx without requiring my signature as receipt of my delivery to my home address. It saddens me that Merach has requested insurance protection on their products; but, does not honor validating its purchaser/consumer receiving an signature of delivery of their products from the purchaser/consumer when using delivery companies.
Wheres the transparency and fairness to the purchaser/consumer. This is my first time making a purchase from Merach and it has deeply changed my perception of whether to purchase any more products.

The seat doesn't lock. When I do the exercise, it slides to the front and hurts my knees, so you have to fix it or send a technician.

Damaged previously used S-38 bike
- - Damaged pieces in a worn box with broken styrofoam.
- - Right pedal installs; left won't thread; plan to return for refund.
This bike had damaged pieces floating in the very worn, old box. A piece of busted styrofoam at the top and one at the bottom.
I decided to try to put together the bike and try it out. When I got to the pedals, I finished the right one in 90 seconds. The left one has taken 1.5 hours, and it is not finished because the nut on the back of the pedal will absolutely not go on. This is old used junk that you sent me.
I will box up this garbage and haul it back to Walmart for a return and a complete refund.
Wait until you see my Google review. People will run screaming to get away from your inferior trash product.
